Current Roundtable Session:
The Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce (BVCC) HR Roundtables were inspired through a series of HR Focus Group discussions in the spring of 2021. The purpose of the focus group was to understand some of the workforce challenges HR was facing within their business/industry, how they saw the future of work shifting and what type of support / resources would be helpful in dealing with these challenges.
Through those discussions, a significant interest was identified to continue those discussions among their peers. With that, the BVCC Professional HR Roundtables was created. The BVCC Professional HR Roundtables are designed to provide anyone with an HR responsibility, regardless of the size of their business, a forum to talk through challenges, share ideas / resources, learn from one another and get challenged.
These virtual sessions take place the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Contact me to join the community and conversation!
